From the report: The San Antonio-based grocer chose a 57,920-square-foot space at State Highway 183 and Story Road in Irving for its third Joe V's grocery store location, according to a state filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The estimated $10 million renovations are expected to begin in late March and wrap up in November 2025.

No target date of opening has yet been announced by the company. It should be noted Dallas' second Joe V's Smart Shop, at 5204 S. Buckner Blvd., Dallas, TX 75227, also begins construction next March.

The first such entity opened June 12 of this year, and is located at 4101W Wheatland Road, Dallas TX 75237.
