According to an August 12th WLKY.com report, the new Kroger is complete with the usual company features and during its grand opening is giving away $15 gift cards to the first 250 customers in line.

As excerpted from the report: The Kroger will hold a grand opening celebration on Sept. 12 at 7:45 a.m. and the doors will officially open at 8 a.m. It's located at 10010 Ballardsville Road, east of Gene Snyder Freeway in front of the LG&E East Operations Center.

The new store will include a Starbucks, fuel center, pharmacy, drive-thru Wine and Spirits Shoppe, a Murray’s Cheese Shop, expanded deli and sushi offerings, and grocery pickup.
