The first one is going to get someone in huge trouble one day. Correct his behavior because he's just going to get better with time. The other kid's acting a fool needs their butts tore up. This is why REAL DISCIPLINE not abuse needs to be in place. Time out doesn't work for most children. If you don't like my comment to bad, keep scrolling.
