    Water restored to customers after line break in Johnson City

    UPDATE: According to a Johnson City spokesperson, water service had been restored as of 2:50 p.m.


    JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — A water line break in Johnson City on Wednesday morning has affected several customers.

    Johnson City’s Water and Sewer Services Director Tom Witherspoon told News Channel 11 that a water line break in the 3300 block of 11E is affecting approximately 40 customers.

    Witherspoon said the expected repair time is four hours.
