    Fairy Door Painting session coming to Allandale Mansion

    KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — Allandale Mansion will host a Fairy Door Painting session on Aug. 2.

    The three-hour paint session will include a themed scavenger hunt for local fairies, snacks and photo opportunities, a news release stated.

    Laura Webb, owner of Faeriefoots of Johnson City, will be the instructor for the session.

    Costumes and wigs are encouraged. The Allandale Mansion asks attendees to make sure they’re mess-friendly or bring a costume change.

    Participants can vote for their favorite doors at the end of the session. The top three will receive a fairy-themed gift.

    The event will run from 5 – 8 p.m. at the Brooks’ Pavilion at the Allandale Mansion. The cost is $30 per person.
