Day two of the USA Softball National Championship in Johnson City

Johnson City, TN — Two teams from Virginia…Unity softball taking on Phoenix Wood in the USA softball national championship. In the fourth inning, Carson Wood hits one to first base Unity can’t come down with it and that leads to a run from Ashley Goff.

5th inning now a wild pitch goes straight to our cameraman that leaves enough time for Alexis McFarland to get home and extend the lead. It’s the 6th inning and the Phoenix still attacking a good strike from Zoe Sartin brings home Addison Reasor to make the score 7-0 and that’s all they needed as Virginia Phoenix Wood takes the win.
