Nebraska Football Countdown to Kickoff: No. 34 FB Barret Liebentritt
The countdown rolls on and with just 34 days until the start of the 2024 season for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, junior fullback Brett Liebentritt. Liebentritt is entering his second year with the program after playing in seven games last season as a sophomore. Prior to his time in Lincoln, the Nebraska native spent two years with Notre Dame at linebacker and tight end while also contributing on special teams. Liebentritt was also a standout at Omaha Skutt Catholic High School in Omaha where he was an all-state honoree playing both fullback and linebacker.
