TE Ben Rothhaar flips commitment to Rutgers
Rutgers landed another commitment in the class of 2025 today when Ben Rothhaar of Norwalk (Ohio) announced his plans to join the Scarlet Knights. The 6-foot-5, 210-pounder was previously committed to Kent State but has flipped to Rutgers. Rothhaar becomes the 30th commitment to the Rutgers 2025 class as he joined the program on a day when the staff was hosting an unofficial visitor barbecue for members of the class of 2026. The Jamesburg Police Department is holding its annual National Night Out from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This family-friendly event features music from DJ Tyler and fun giveaways. Hot dogs, Italian ice, popcorn and more will be served. Chase, the Jamesburg PD's mascot dog, will also be on hand for a meet-and-greet. National Night Out began in 1984 as a way to strengthen the bonds between the community and the police in their unified fight against crime and to improve the relations between officers and the residents living in the towns they serve.
