Body discovered in Sumter County on Sunday afternoon; investigation underway
SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. — Deputies are joining the Sumter County coroner in the investigation of a body found on Sunday afternoon. According to a Sumter County Sheriff's Office spokesperson, the body was found sometime in the mid-afternoon off Highway 15 South near Clarendon County.
