Fall River’s primary homeless shelter, Steppingstone Inc.’s First Step Inn, has served the community since 2003, meeting the needs of the unhoused. Man charged in major Providence drug bust to be arraigned
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A man arrested on dozens of charges in a major drug bust in Providence will be arraigned today. On July 25, the Providence County Grand Jury indicted 58-year-old Jose Parra Reyes with one count of possession of more than one kilogram of fentanyl, one count of possession of more than one kilogram of heroin, one count of possession of more than one kilogram of cocaine, four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, one count of possession of a stolen firearm, four counts of possession of a firearm with intent to deliver controlled substances, four counts of possession of a firearm while previously convicted of a crime of violence, and five counts of possessing a prohibited large capacity feeding device.
