Three local Verizon Authorized Retailers will be giving away backpacks Sunday, participating in Verizon's 12th Annual “School Rocks Backpack Giveaway” event. Sumter police offer up to $5k reward in search for man wanted in teen’s killing
SUMTER, S.C. (WIS) - A man wanted for killing a teenager in Sumter is on the loose and the police are offering a reward to anyone who can help find him. Police have been looking for Ja’Hugh Martin, 20, from Manning, who was chased by law enforcement Friday into the woods in Clarendon County off Interstate 95 across from Manning High School.
Fireflies Holiday Lights to return in November; discount tickets available
Fireflies Holiday Lights is returning to Segra Park this winter. The Miracle on BullStreet kicks off November 15 and will run through January 4 at Segra Park. Post 43 Seniors rebound to stay alive in state tournament
GREER – Two big innings for Fort Mill Post 43 allowed them to power their way to a 13-2 win and stay alive in the American Legion State Tournament. The win pushed Fort Mill to 19-6 overall as they move to the next round on Monday, July 29 at Francis Marion University. They are scheduled to play the loser of Florence-Chapin/Newberry at 4 p.m.
