Signs for Chipotle Mexican Grill and Jersey Mike's Subs are now visible on the outside of the renovated building, and a Five Guys hamburger restaurant also plans to open there, according to the company's website.

In October 2023, Chipotle announced it would bring its "real food" restaurant concept to Somerset and Cambria counties, according to a previous article by the Daily American. Its first local restaurant opened in November along Scalp Avenue in Johnstown, and the Somerset location is scheduled to open this summer, according to the company's communications department.
