CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Johnstown man is facing multiple felony rape charges after police said he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old.

Jaylon Crum, 18, is facing four felony rape by forcible compulsion charges after the victim came forward with information regarding four alleged incidents that happened in June. The victim’s mother told police that Crum had lied about his age, telling the teen that he was 17 when he was actually 18, according to the criminal complaint.

The victim told police that on June 11, 12, 25 and 28, Crum had allegedly sexually assaulted her. She was also told that Crum had taken videos of them having sexual intercourse and had shared the videos within a group chat as well as posted them on social media outlets, police noted in the charges.

She then told police that Crum had allegedly forced her to have sexual intercourse multiple times on the days she mentioned.

When interviewed by police, Crum allegedly admitted to having sexual intercourse with the victim. He told police that he recorded the intercourse with her on at least one occasion, police noted in the charges. Crum also claimed that the victim wanted him to video it.

Crum allegedly told police that he only had sexual intercourse with the juvenile once at his residence in the basement and once on a walking trail.
