Fugitive sex offender arrested in Wilson
WILSON, N.C. (WITN) - A fugitive from Pink Hill was arrested in Wilson today after failing to register as a sex offender in Jones County. Detectives from the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office General Investigative Division and SCARR team found 52-year-old John Rouse at 6275 N.C. 111. Assisted by Wilson County deputies, they arrested him without incident and took him to the Lenoir County jail.

A Pink Hill fugitive who had failed to register as a sex offender in Jones County was arrested in Wilson earlier today. Detectives with the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office General Investigative Division and SCARR (Street Crimes and Ready Response) team located John Anthony Rouse, 52, at 6275 N.C. 111 in Wilson.
