14-year-old charged in fatal alcohol-related crash, Bellmead police say
BELLMEAD, Texas (KWTX) - The Bellmead Police Department says they’re investigating after a 14-year-old was charged in an alcohol-related crash that left one bicyclist dead. Police say on July 14, a 14-year-old was driving a vehicle when they hit 67-year-old bicyclist Dennis Welch, who died as a result of the crash.

Kids try instruments at Musical Petting Zoo
Dozens of children enjoyed the opportunity to try their hands at playing stringed instruments, gleefully taking bow to strings and creating their own tunes. CCISD opening enrollment center next week
Copperas Cove ISD will open an enrollment center, to provide a one-stop shop for parents of new and returning students.
