Arriving at night, the half moon rising over the sea, heading to Mount Etna from Catania Airport, with its curve parallel to the sea was a profound and magical preface of things to come. Harrison shooting leaves one injured, one arrested
HARRISON — One person has been injured and a man arrested after a shooting in the town of Harrison in the early hours of Saturday, July 20. Deputies from the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office and officers from the Bridgton Police Department were called by numerous residents who reported shots fired and screaming. The shots were fired in the area of Waterford Road and Depot Street in Harrison. Deputies found blood in the roadway, at about the same time that the Cumberland County Regional Communications Center received a call from Bridgton Hospital reporting a walk-in gunshot victim.
