WESTERN Ky. (KFVS) - The Kentucky State Police report three people died in a multi-vehicle crash in Livingston County on Monday. According to KSP, a semi-truck driven by 24-year-old Mansur Kholikov of Brooklyn, New York, was traveling westbound on I-24 when traffic began to slow down near the 32-mile marker. Louisville Metro Police has released the names and personnel files of three officers who were involved in Thursday's fatal shooting of a man they say was armed with a knife.
