OTTAWA COUNTY, Okla. (KOAM) — About 5:30 a.m. Oklahoma Highway Patrol requested Missouri authorities to close westbound I-44 at the state line due to a fatal crash investigation.

The crash occurred a short time earlier about 3 miles from the state line.
