MSSU Announces Addition of Southwestern Christian CC Guard Jamari Lawrence

JOPLIN, MO — Coach McMahon and the Missouri Southern Men’s Basketball squad continue to add depth and shooting at the guard position after announcing the addition of Southwestern Christian Community College transfer Jamari Lawrence.

Lawrence had a big season for the Rams averaging 18.7 points per game.

He also averaged 3.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game.

He shot 39% from three-point range and 43% from the field.

He started 26 of 27 games at Southwestern College this past season.

In 5 of their games, he scored 30+ points, including a season-high 35 points against Temple.
