    Joplin Outlaws Take Fourth Straight After 11-10 Walk-Off Victory Against Texarkana

    JOPLIN, MO – The Joplin Outlaws won their fourth straight game in walk-off fashion against Texarkana on Thursday night.

    The Outlaws trailed 1-0 early on, but Andre Jackson would hit a grand slam in the bottom half of the second to give Joplin a 5-1 lead. Jackson would finish the game 2-for-4 with five RBI’s on the night in another strong performance.

    The two teams would go back and fourth until the Rhinos took the lead late in the ninth inning via a sacrifice fly. Andres Garcia and the Outlaws would end up tying the game again in the ninth with a key double that would send each team to extra innings.

    Will Doherty would close the game in the bottom half of the 10th with a walk-off single, scoring Jackson Purcell, and pushing the team to its fourth win in a row.

    Up next, Joplin will face Texarkana on Friday, July 19th at 7:05 p.m. for the fourth game of the series.
