This new Warehouse District restaurant is now serving brunch items on Sundays

In Peoria’s Warehouse District, customers at Pop-Up Chicken Shop will find two brunch items on the menu this Sunday:

• Sausage, egg and cheese biscuits
• Biscuits and gravy

This marks the second of the restaurant’s “Sunday Brunch Series,” which began on Aug. 11.

“We will continue to do brunch pop ups until we dial our brunch menu in,” the business wrote in an Aug. 11 Facebook post.

Pop-Up Chicken Shop opened its Peoria location on June 25. The business – known for its Illinois Hot Chicken – began in Bloomington. On Thursday, the restaurant also announced it is celebrating six years in business .
