Two young men killed in Woodford County car crash have been identified

Rogelio Rivera Lozada, 26, and Lazaro De La Luz Hernandez, 23, both of Secor, Ill., have been identified as the men killed in a Woodford County vehicle crash on Saturday.

Both men died of blunt force trauma injuries, according to Woodford County Coroner Tim Ruestman.

Lozada and Hernandez were killed in a one-vehicle crash in the early morning hours of Saturday in El Paso, Ill.

Deputies from the Woodford County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene on U.S. Route 24 at 2500 E. Road.

The crash is still under investigation. Toxicology reports are pending.
