Upscale real estate inventory in Tazewell County has increased in 2024, if the number of $1 million homes for sale are any indication.

This two-story home just outside Morton was custom-built in 2006, located on more than 20 acres at 4851 Sheridan Road in Groveland. The property is listed at $1.595 million after the price was reduced by $50,000 on Aug. 11.
