Another four stores – Yogi's Super Liquor at 321 South Main Street; Seasons Gastropub and Bastas Italian Kitchen at 133 South Main Street; The Office on Main at 119 North Main Street; and Kroger at 1001 West Jackson Street passed the tests, which enlists the services of individuals under the age of 21 to purchase alcohol from various retailers.

The underage recruits are working with ILCC's enforcement division, which is responsible for enforcing the Illinois Liquor Control Act , preventing stores from selling alcohol to those under the age of 21. Store owners found in violation of the ILCA as it relates to selling alcohol to minors are charged with a Class A misdemeanor and fined $500.
