Classic Sturgeon Take-Down

Arguably, the white sturgeon, North America's largest fish, is on a lot of anglers' bucket list! Rightly so, because it is pretty difficult to catch. In California, in addition to a regular fishing license, a Sturgeon Fishing Report Card is required to fish for sturgeon. For every sturgeon fishing trip, if we had one classic take-down, we considered it a successful trip! On Monday, Feb. 8, 2021, we had one such take-down captured on video; unfortunately, it was on only for a few seconds.
