A new culinary gem has arrived in Broward County with the opening of Camille's Pizzeria & Ristorante, where the heart of Italian cooking meets the soul of family traditions. Located at 4165 N Dixie Hwy, Oakland Park, Florida 33334, this restaurant promises to deliver a true Italian dining experience, blending time-honored recipes with a touch of modern flair.

Co-owned by husband-and-wife team Chef John Kreidich and Maya Kreidich, Camille's is the couple's passion project, bringing their love of food and hospitality to life. Chef John Kreidich, a New York native, honed his culinary skills in his grandparents’ kitchen and refined them at prestigious restaurants in New York and Miami, including South Beach’s trendy Italian eateries and as Executive Chef at Dune by LT in Auberge on Fort Lauderdale Beach. With a culinary foundation in French and American techniques, Kreidich is known for putting a unique twist on traditional Italian dishes. His wife, Maya, brings her own expertise to the restaurant, drawing on her family’s hospitality background from their Lebanese dining establishments, to create a welcoming and comfortable ambiance.

At Camille's, guests will find a menu that is both a love letter to Italy and a showcase of culinary creativity. The offerings range from New York-style pizzas to handmade pastas and seasonal specialties that bring together traditional Italian flavors with modern touches. Diners can indulge in Antipasti such as fresh Mussels, Burrata, and Grilled Octopus, followed by entrees like Chicken "Parma John," Mediterranean Branzino, and Grilled Pin Wheel Sausage. Pasta lovers will appreciate dishes like Bucatini Cacio e Pepe, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and the earthy Tagliatelle with Wild Mushrooms. Pizza options include classic varieties like the Cheese Pie, Gianni’s Pepperoni Pie, and Maya’s Mushroom and Sausage Pie. To complete the meal, desserts such as Tiramisu and Cannolis are sure to delight.
