Macon Bacon Hosting Youth Camp July 22-24
MACON, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – The Macon Bacon are hosting their annual Youth Baseball Camp presented by D-Bat Warner Robins. The camp will be held at the historic Luther Williams Field for kids ages 6-14. The youth camp will start July 22 and go through the July 24.

One person dead in late-night shooting in East Albany
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Albany Police Department (APD) is investigating a homicide that happened late Wednesday night in the 1200 block of Swift Avenue. Tavis Bemond Griffin, 29, was found with multiple gunshot wounds around 11:30 p.m., according to Dougherty County Coroner Michael Fowler. Griffin was taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital where he later died.
