PENNSYLVANIA, USA — Thousands are without power across central Pennsylvania as a line of storms rolls through the area. According to the PPL Outage map, less than 100 residents in Dauphin, Cumberland, Juniata, Lebanon and York counties are without power. The county-by-county outage map reports that an additional 891 customers in Perry County and 505 customers in Lancaster County are powerless.
