obviously this person hasn't even been to the area. kilometers. and saying San Antonio is southeast by 130 km . that puts it 80 miles in the gulf. I've been to all those areas and in none of those areas have I ever felt scared to be there. I do keep an eye out but that's my situational awareness that kicks in wherever I go outside from my home.
