8 K-Pop Groups Disbanded in 2024 So Far

Another K-Pop group recently disbanded, and fans are devastated!

Over the past few weeks and months, we’ve seen some of our favorite boy bands and girl groups sadly disband.

The reasons for disbanding are different with each group – from members deciding to move on past their exclusive contracts and explore new avenues like acting, modeling and solo music careers, to agencies simply deciding that they are no longer moving forward with the groups due to poor performance.

This year, we’ve already seen eight groups sadly disband so far – and several more have their contracts set to expire this year.
