    Oreo Cookies and Cream Pound Cake is a delectable fusion of buttery, sweet, and chocolate flavors. This crowd-pleasing dessert is perfect for any occasion and pairs wonderfully with a scoop of ice cream or a cup of coffee. Elevate your culinary prowess by impressing your loved ones with this homemade treat that is sure to be a hit. To create this delightful pound cake, you will need the following ingredients:-

    2 1/2 sticks of butter-

    1/2 cup of shortening-

    5 eggs-

    1 cup of milk-

    3 cups of sugar-

    3 cups of all-purpose flour-

    1/2 teaspoon of salt-

    1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

    For the filling, you will require:-

    2 teaspoons of cocoa-

    8-ounce package of cream cheese-

    1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk

    And for the glaze:-

    1/2 can of sweetened condensed milk-

    2 tablespoons of butter- 18 crushed Oreo cookies

    Let's begin the baking process:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and thoroughly grease and flour a Bundt cake pan.

    2. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and baking powder, and set it aside.

    3. In a mixing bowl, cream together 2 sticks of butter and the shortening.

    4. Gradually add the eggs one at a time, beating until the mixture achieves a creamy consistency.

    5. Slowly incorporate the sugar while continuing to beat until the mixture becomes light and creamy.

    6. Alternately add the flour mixture and the milk to the batter, ending with the milk.

    7. In a different bowl, beat the cream cheese, half of the can of sweetened condensed milk, and 1/2 stick of butter until it becomes light and creamy.

    8. Take out about 1 cup of the batter and place it in a small bowl. Add the cocoa to this portion and mix it well.

    9. Pour half of the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spoon in half of the cocoa batter, then swirl them together with a knife.

    10. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.

    11. Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies over the batter, reserving about 1/4 cup for garnishing.

    12. Pour the remaining batter into the Bundt pan.

    13. Spread the remaining cocoa batter on top, and use a knife to create a marbled effect.

    14. Bake the cake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately one hour. To check for doneness, insert a toothpick into the center of the cake; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

    15. While the cake cools, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, combine the remaining half can of sweetened condensed milk and 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook over low heat until the butter melts and the mixture reaches a boiling point. Remove from heat and let it cool.

    16. Once the cake has cooled, invert it onto a plate. Drizzle the glaze over the cake and sprinkle the reserved crushed cookies on top.

    17. For optimal freshness, store the cake in the refrigerator.
