· 1 tbsp. baking powder

· 1 pinch of salt

· ½ cup butter

· 1 cup sugar

· ¾ cup brown sugar

· 2 eggs

· 4 ripe bananas

· 2/3 cup Buttermilk

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350*

2. Spray two 8 or 9” pans with pan spray.

3. Add flour, baking powder and salt to a mixing bowl and whisk together and set aside.

4. In another mixing bowl cream together the butter, sugars, and eggs.

5. On a plate peel and smash the bananas up leaving little chunks of banana.

6. Add the flour to the butter and sugar mixture stirring just until mixed well.

7. Then add the bananas and alternate with the buttermilk. Ending with the buttermilk.

8. Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared cake pans.

9. Bake in a 350* oven for about 30 minutes.

10. Let cool completely.

11. Ice with store bought cream cheese icing or make your own. It’s delicious both ways.
