That is so sad! they need to stop breeders from doing what they do or at least check up on them. I have a King Charles that just showed up at this lady's house who lived out in the country when he was just a puppy. I'm sure he escaped from a breeders house .. nevertheless I have him now and they are the best loyal dogs! they are awesome with children but also are extremely protective of the owners! He scared me the first time he bark though his bark was as deep as a bulldog 😂😂
