someone needs to get a law passed so companies will HAVE to create an app that will allow access to 911 yet still blocking access to all else. I can't believe that with all the incredibly intelligent tech people alive right now have not figured out this problem. Poor thing, perhaps her death will fix this issue. I'm so very sorry for her family.

As a retired postal worker, I don't understand why the ERT was not able to even call out. There was something not right about this. R.I.P. young lady, and condolences to the family.
