REPORT: Rich Homie Quan has Passed Away at Age 34

Rich Homie Quan has reportedly passed away at the age of 34.

An official cause of death has not been confirmed at press time.

Dequantes Devontay Lamar, known by his stage name Rich Homie Quan, was an American rapper born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia.

Rich Homie Quan began his career in 2011, Lamar first saw mainstream success with his 2013 single “Type of Way”, which peaked at number 50 on the Billboard Hot 100. His 2015 single, “Flex” saw further success at number 26 on the chart.

Rich Homie Quan was most notable for his involving with Rich Gang in which we saw the Dynamic Duo of Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug.

Over the past year, Rich Homie Quan went on a number of podcasts, including No Jumper, and VladTV, detailing the fallout of the Rich Gang group and where he stands with Young Thug. He details without placing any allegations on anyone, that his involvement in the street life was more prevalent that he has liked it to be
