Two sentenced for separate drug charge cases in Madison County
MADISON COUNTY, Texas — Two men were sentenced to prison on separate drug arrests from 2022, according to the Madison County District Attorney's Office. Jace Rigby was arrested on March 18, 2022 when he was found by an officer sleeping in his truck on Pee Dee Lane in Madisonville. When he was asked to step out of the truck, a bag containing methamphetamine fell out, which later resulted in his arrest. Rigby pled guilty to drug charges in court and was sentenced to 15 years in prison by Madison County Judge Hal Ridley on Nov. 13, 2023.
