A local nonprofit is asking for help bringing warmth to the Brazos Valley
BRYAN, Texas — A Bryan-based non-profit is working to keep residents warm ahead of the steady winter weather blowing into the Brazos Valley and Central Texas. Temperatures have been dropping since Sunday and Brazos Valley Blessings, a local nonprofit, working to warm up residents. They are calling on residents to donate coats and heaters. While the coming days won't compare to 2021's Winter Storm Uri, BVB wants to prepare now.
Lawsuit filed against City of College Station by Post Oak Mall owners over unpaid maintenance costs
COLLEGE STATION, Texas — The City of College Station has been sued by CBL & Associates, the company that owns the Post Oak Mall, over unpaid upkeep costs. According to the suit, "common area" costs involving the former Macy's building that was eyed as a target for a new esports facility for Texas A&M roughly a year ago have not been paid. The total amount that CBL & Associates say the city owes totals $41,726.81.
A&M United Methodist Church to receive State Historical Marker Dedication on Nov. 1

Burn ban lifted in Brazos County
