MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas — A 73-year-old man who went missing Saturday in Bryan, Texas has been found dead in Midland County. Troy Luce was found dead in the 2100 block of Market Street at a Midland County jogging trail by a jogger on Tuesday, according to a Brazos County Sheriff's Office press release.
