iHeartMedia Promotes Kim Williams To Alaska/Hawaii Area President.
IHeartMedia has announced that Kim Williams will succeed Andy Lohman as Area President of their Alaska and Hawaii properties upon Lohman’s retirement on October 1. Williams, who has been Market President for their Fairbanks AK cluster since 2009, will oversee operations in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Honolulu. She began her career as an account executive in Anchorage for Pacific Star Communications through their absorption into AMFM and Clear Channel.
New movie 'At Her Feet', shining spotlight on Hawaii set for release
HONOLULU (Island News) -- "At Her Feet" will premiere theatrically on August 2 at the Hilo Palace Theater in Hilo, and continue with a Maui Premiere on Sunday, August 11. Yesterday, the Department of Parks & Recreation’s Elderly Activities Division (EAD) kicked off the 49th Annual Hawai‘i Kupuna Softball Tournament. 21 teams and over 400 players from around the Hawaii County will participate in the two-day tournament which is being held at the Walter C.K. Victor Baseball Complex in Hilo.
