CLARK COUNTY, Wash. (KPTV) - Vancouver Fire crews extinguished a house fire in the Orchards area on Tuesday. In the early morning hours, firefighters responded to a fire in the 12100 block of Northeast 99th Street. Crews arrived to the scene and found a two-story home with fire showing on the outside.
