KALAMAZOO, MI -- The U.S. Small Business Administration has issued a rapid disaster declaration in Kalamazoo County following severe storms on May 7. Businesses, renters and homeowners in Kalamazoo County can request low-interest loans to repair or replace real estate, personal property and business assets damaged or destroyed in the storm.
