Woman in her 70s ejected from vehicle in Taylorsville crash
TAYLORSVILLE— A woman in her 70s was ejected from a vehicle after being hit by another car and taken to the hospital in serious condition, according to Taylorsville police. Her husband, who was also in the car, sustained moderate injuries and the driver of the other vehicle had a broken thumb. Both were also taken to the hospital.

Fee increases proposed for campground at Lees Ferry, public comment open
Glen Canyon National Recreation Area officials are seeking public comments until Sept. 9 regarding a proposed fee increase for the Lees Ferry Campground. Utah Football Ready To Kickoff 2024 Season vs. Southern Utah
The University of Utah Football team is beginning a new era when it officially starts its first season in the Big 12 Conference on Thursday, Aug. 29, kicking off the 2024 season against the Southern Utah Thunderbirds in Rice-Eccles Stadium.
