Accident involving pedestrian turns fatal near Erskine St and Englewood Ave

LUBBOCK, Texas– One person has been pronounced deceased on scene after an accident that occurred near Erskine Street and Englewood Avenue Thursday night.

According to the Lubbock Police Department’s Information Support Unit, officers were called to the scene at 9:54 p.m. after a report of a pedestrian collision.

According to LPD, Eastbound traffic on Erskine St. is being diverted at Englewood Ave.
