City of Lubbock invites public to join Parkway, Cherry Point neighborhood plan meeting

LUBBOCK, Texas — The City of Lubbock will host its second neighborhood meeting concerning the upcoming Parkway and Cherry Point Neighborhood Plan in September, according to a press release.

The Neighborhood Planning Program was a priority in the Lubbock 2040 Comprehensive Plan and the meeting will allow residents to give input on the future of their neighborhood.

The release said the city encourages all residents to attend and learn about the City’s year long effort as well as contribute to the content of the meeting.

Below are the following meeting times.

• Tuesday, September 10  from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 P.m. at Estacado High School cafeteria
• Thursday, September 12 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. at the Patterson Library
