    Hoodoo Mural Festival 2024 returns to Amarillo on Sept. 28

    AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Hoodoo Mural Festival is set to return to downtown Amarillo celebrating its fifth year anniversary of urban beautification.

    Downtown will be filled with muralists, musicians, and food vendors on Sept. 28, at 201 South Polk Street.

    On their website Hoodoo said the festival is, “Inspiring communities to unite through public art, creativity, and urban beautification.”

    The lineup this year includes these muralists:

    • Drew Merritt
    • Hiero
    • Lauren Ys
    • Medianeras
    • Osiris Rain
    • Koco Collab
    • Uloang
    • Sam Lao
    • Malcolm Byers
    • Matt Tumlinson
    • Eric Karberling
    • Blank Spaces

    When it comes to music this year, slated to appear are:

    • DRAMA
    • Sir Woman
    • The Texas Gentlemen
    • Pedal Steel Noah
    • West Texas Exiles
    • Chill Son
    • DJ Sober
    • Bomb City Sound
    • DJ RoRo

    According to HMF website, general admission to enter the festival starts at $40 per person, $140 for VIP tickets and kids under 10 years old are free.
