    Good Saturday morning, everyone!

We are waking up to a mostly clear sky with lows around 70. As the day unfolds, a mostly sunny sky is expected with light southwesterly winds. Temperatures will respond, heating back into a range from the mid 90’s to 107. Amarillo should top out at a record tying 103. Tomorrow could see highs near 100, while Monday and Tuesday should hover in a range from the mid to upper 90’s. Regarding potential rainfall, hit or miss thunderstorms might be possible from time to time.

Remember to drink plenty of water to stay over hydrated, take frequent breaks if outside, put on the sunscreen, and try to avoid being outside during the peak heating hours of the day.

Have a safe and wonderful weekend, everyone!
