AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The Texas Lottery Commission confirmed that an Amarillo resident claimed a Mega Millions prize worth $1,000,002 for the drawing on July 30.

As previously reported by MyHighPlains.com, the Texas Lottery Commission informed residents that a winning ticket was sold in Amarillo at a Toot n’ Totum on Aug. 1.

According to Texas Lottery officials, the second-tier prize-winning ticket was purchased at Toot’n Totum 3, located at 5409 E. Amarillo Blvd and the claimant elected to remain anonymous.

Officials stated that the winning Quick Pick ticket matched all five white ball numbers drawn, 19-23-30-33-50, but not the Mega Ball number, 25. The claimant had an additional win of $2 on the same ticket.
