AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Metropolitan Steak & Seafood is one of the premier local spots in the Yellow City’s restaurant scene, featuring an executive chef who’s worked in more than 20 different countries.

The Metro went under new ownership in June 2023, and has one of the largest wine and cocktail selections between Dallas and Denver. We got the chance to sit down with some of their leaders on this edition of The 806.
