Chef Ron shows off a great Creamy Garlic Shrimp recipe

AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Chef Ron from Sunday’s Kitchen joined Today in Amarillo on Tuesday morning and showed a tasty creamy garlic shrimp recipe.

Creamy Garlic Shrimp

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 pound shrimp, tails on or off
• ¼ teaspoon salt to taste
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 6 cloves garlic minced
• ½ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
• 1 ½ cups reduced-fat cream
• ½ cup parmesan cheese freshly grated
• 2 tablespoons parsley fresh, chopped
