POLL: Are You Excited About Fajita Pete'S Expansion To Kansas City?

A Texas restaurant company that specializes in delivery, catering and to-go is making Kansas City its first expansion market beyond the Lone Star State. Fajita Pete’s will open in the Kansas City market as part of an expansion that will triple the number of locations. The Houston-based concept focuses on fajitas — offering beef, chicken, shrimp, veggie and mixed varieties served with toppings, rice, beans, chips and salsa — portioned by the person or in half-pound increments. It also offers a range of standard Mexican items and frozen Margaritas in sizes ranging from 16 ounces to a gallon.
